The Splendour of Phang Nga Bay
Just a twenty-minute boat ride from Phuket, Koh Yao Noi is home to the world-renowned Phang Nga Bay Marine National Park. National Geographic listed Koh Yao Noi in the top six places to do yoga in the world!
There is neither city pollution nor psychic pollution, just a charming island that is abundant in natural beauty. This is the old Thailand, where people are genuine and friendly.
Capture the spellbinding sunrises. If you want to get in touch with yourself, this is the perfect island. It is a deeply restorative and magical place. It helps you let go of the mind chatter that takes up so much space during normal, everyday life. In a way, simply being here is like already doing yoga.
There is an adventure to be had beyond just our campus, and you won’t miss out! This island is full of hidden gems like world-famous mangroves, to breathtaking ocean views, and spectacular limestone towers. We take small groups on adventure excursions twice a week to island-hop and explore the mysterious lagoons.
It’s unbelievable what you discover when the boatman glides into the primal lagoon… Nothing has changed in there for eons untold! You will be sure to make vacation friends and encounter some mischievous monkeys!
When it is time for some solitude, there are remote, pristine beaches close by. Silence and serenity is an integral part of the Island Yoga Experience. Exploring this tranquil oasis gives you the chance to sample exotic local cuisine and meet the locals. Bicycles and motorbikes are available so that you can find your perfect spot on Koh Yao Noi. You can even discover a nearby waterfall!
