This certificate program transforms new and experienced students of yoga into highly educated yogis who are qualified to teach internationally. It teaches you how to maintain a deep, strong personal practice. You learn the foundations of poses, anatomy, philosophy, and leadership. Then, you practice the art of sharing your gift with others.
Are You Ready?
Lunar Balance
Our program embraces Hatha style so that your practice honors the lunar, feminine, yin aspect of yoga that is all too often neglected in the West.
Solar Balance
You will also practice with a familiar, solar style that drives most people’s practice and is key for most of us Westerners.
Eastern Vibe
Students find an equilibrium that we all yearn for, and learn how to share that when they carry on.
Movement
You may be surprised that asanas and pranayama translate to such deep energetic work when used methodically, full time.
Methodology
Instructors share techniques to help you make the most out of each session whether you are teaching or leading yourself.
Island Lifes
Breath deeply in and out of the classroom in this energetically charged, balanced haven where time truly slows down.
Science
Learn strategies that the pros use. Order and variety in sequences is an art as well as a science.
Alignment
Teachers emphasize an anatomical approach to alignment and redefine the “correct” way of doing things.
Integration
The course teaches you to assimilate the yogic lessons into your daily life physically, spiritually, and mentally.
Adjustment
Develop the magic touch that empowers your students to reach poses to their full and truest expression.
Responsibility
Learn to assume the role of leader in the classroom safely and effectively. You will learn yoga nuances for diverse body types as well as master your own needs.
Rejuvenation
A completely different experience from a normal holiday, you will return stronger and energized to continue on your yoga journey.
