Typical Daily Retreat Schedule
Morning yoga practice
Healthy yogi breakfast at the Nature Lodge followed by
free time to rest, explore, adventure, get a massage, do
a Thai cookery class etc. We also host our special theme
workshops at this time.
Afternoon yoga practice
Optional evening activities may include: family dinners,
kirtan (group chanting) guided meditations and
spiritual/special interest movie nights. These
activities are subject to numbers and interest.
